Mass Dispensing: A Primer for Community Leaders A Free Online Training Tool Course
I had just finsihed up the Mass Dispensing: A Primer for Community Leaders a free Online Training Tool Course from Center for Public Health Preparedness, University at Albany School of Public Health. Which I think is apart of the e-Learning Center for the NYCEPCE New York Consortium for Emergency Preparedness Continuing Education.
To See more about the Online Training Tool Course

As both an Amateur radio operator Emergency Communications and a CERT - Community Emergency Response Team member found the above training very good., As I have participated or taken part in both a functional exercise or functional drill and a live Point of Dispensing (POD)
CERT - Community Emergency Response Team is mentioned in the course above.,
But there has been no mention on any of the Online Training that I have taken so far on how important that Amateur Radio operators in Emergency Communications can play a key role in Mass Dispensing.,
The functional drill as I call it was for the mock flu pandemic drill at Bethel Health Care and then the live Point of Dispensing (POD) was for the Town of Ridgefield CT,Connecticut H1N1 Vaccination POD
Below are two of my Youtube videos un the two subjects I have mentioned above., These videos where made by a collection of photos that I had taken., So no sound to them I'm just a amateur volunteer.,

Using Kentucky Department for Public Health
PHF-TRAIN powered by KMi's eLMS
To see all of there courses click here click here
I have used Kentucky TRAIN as an Alternative Way or Ways and or methods in Learning for a person with disabilities
This is what I wrote on there Facebook Wall : Excellent training., As a voulnteer for three EOC as an Amateur Radio Emergency Communications operator.,and CERT - Community Emergency Response Team member knowledge and training is key., as a person with learning disabilites and unable to goto college., I find these training an excellent opportunity to learn in a different way., In topics or subjects that I want to learn more about to by able to help others from what I learn from., Thanks 73's WA8UNS
My disabilites had prevented me from going to college as I was given my high school high school diploma at Joel Barlow High School at the age of 19., As a State of Connecticut that you can't stay in school past 19 years old even though your academics are not equal to those of a 12 grader or maybe not even close to a 10th grader., Joel Barlow High School Class of 1989.,
The training and studies are good for the voulnteer work I do for the community., As for being invloved in USAF-Civil Air Patrol and also an Amateur Radio Ham Radio Operator in Emergency Communications for three EOC Emergency Operations Center (EOC) City Of Danbury in Danbury, CT and The Town of Ridgefield in Ridgefield Connecticut and the Putnam County Bureau of Emergency Services in Putnam County.,
All be adding soon others to my blog that I have used as well., I'm glad I have found these and able to share these with folks.,
